Dear Residents,

My family and I have called Morley & Noranda home since 1999. We purchased our first house here and raised our two sons in this beautiful community. I understand the needs, concerns, and aspirations of our residents, because I am one of you.

My name is Anthony Pittaway, and I’m proud to nominate myself as a candidate for Councillor in the North Ward for the upcoming City of Bayswater elections in October 2025.

I have decided to nominate and represent our community as I believe that we need change on our Council and better representation of our ward.

I believe in representation by a local, and our community deserves a Councillor who lives here, who understands the needs of our community, not a Councillor who doesn’t even live in our area!

What I Stand For

I grew up locally, attending St Marks and Chisholm College, and spent much of my early years involved in grassroots sport, playing T-Ball and baseball with the Morley Eagles Club.

My professional journey began in the printing industry, where I was Director of Cypress Print in Morley from 2000 to 2007. Today, I continue that path as Director of Percival Print & Packaging. Along the way, I’ve been proud to represent and advocate for our industry, serving as WA Director for the Printing Industries of Australia (now the Visual Media Association) and WA President of the Lithographic Institute of Australia.

Community involvement has always been important to me. I’ve contributed as a committee member for the Morley Business Association and CEBA, and as Junior President and committee member at Ashfield Soccer Club. More recently, I volunteered as a mentor with the Raise Foundation for two years, supporting young people in navigating life’s challenges.
